Hello! I'm Jay Watson, and for over 15 years, I've been creating beautiful, memorable images for my private and commercial clients. Images that tell powerful stories. Images that touch the emotions. Images that capture the precious, fleeting moments that make life so special. I LOVE what I do and believe it shows in each image I make. Oh, and I also love: cake, kids (especially my little girl, Anna Josephine Ida), bikes (with and without motors), the UK coasts and all their glory, clothes (I have way too many!), Staffordshire Bull Terriers (hello Jazzie), creative cookery (ok, I mean 'guesswork' and general fridge-emptying), whiskers on kittens and, of course, my cameras!

18th June 2010 - Fairfield Leavers Prom at Burton Court
What a great night! Despite the torrential rain the glamorous teenagers arrived in droves, dressed in a fabulous array of gowns and tuxedos. It was a great night, perfectly suited to the 'country house' venue of Burton Court, Eardisland and smoothly hosted by Ed Simpson.

14th June 2010 - Delicious Dessert Photography for Kerry Fruit & Ingredients...
...one of my regular clients has commissioned me to create a set of new photographs to grace the walls of their boardroom. These will compliment the existing pictures hung on the walls of their reception area. I first worked with them back in 2006, and really enjoy working with their fabulous products. Kerry Plc (Tenbury) provide fruit compotes, sauces, fillings for many retail giants, including Marks & Spencer, and I am proud to be associated with a successful and local company.

03/06/10 - I am currently preparing for the lovely Jo and Justin's forthcoming wedding on Saturday- set in the wonderful country house setting of Burton Court, Eardisland, and the stunning gardens back 'home', created by Jo's parents. I first met Jo and Justin at a wedding fayre and have really enjoyed our pre-wedding meets, chatting about their wedding day plans over coffee, and culminating in a 'Loved Up' pre-wedding shoot- a romantic stroll through woods strewn with bluebells. 09/06/10 - latest generation 'y' pics! Photographing young adults is a whole world of fun! They're always 'up-for-it' and full of creative ideas. They certainly know what they like and I'm happy to oblige. I have recently tried a couple of different photography styles- urban and classic- both of which suited their subjects perfectly. The latest shoot was for Ben, who was cool and calm throughout the shoot and who I felt needed a similar style...
